First experience and it was GREAT. Very clean and sanitized establishment. Techs are very well experienced and teach you how to maintain your body and skin without trying to pull you back on for service. I will most definitely be back under their caring comforting service 🥰

Due to the challenges of this lockdown, we had to contact the owner via phone for advice about body issues my husband and I were having. Sharon was able to suggest using the Alana Botanic line for my husband's sore elbow. She later suggested I use it on my swollen ankle after a hiking accident. She then researched other products she has for good bone health since my accident is really a mildy fractured fibula. Sharon takes the time to listen and then consider how to be a part of our whole body wellness.

I had no idea what to expect from this place, having NEVER even been inside a sauna.
I left feeling amazing, relaxed and rejuvenated. They have two "medium" saunas, a dry sauna, and a 100% humidity steam room.
THE ICY PLUNGE. DO IT.
It IS co-ed, but honestly, the people there are respectful and I was comfortable.
Just a warning, we could not do the platza because the therapists were booked, call ahead! Will be back 🙂
